Pengembangan perikanan tangkap berbasis komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula

Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan komoditas perikanan tangkap unggulan dan menyusun kebijakan produksi berbasis unggulan.Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey observasi.Analisis Analisis Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share (ASS) analisis SWOT.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 9 di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sulayaitu:julung-julung, tembang, cumu-cumi, kwee, terbang, tuna, layaran, baronang, cendro. Komoditas yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan daerah tertinggi secara berurutan ditempati oleh julung-julung, cendro, layaran  baronang. Strategi untuk meningkatkan Kabuapten Sula yaitu diarahkan pada peningkatan jenis komoditi dengan cara melakukan penambahan jumlah kapasitas armada penangkapan, investasi usaha skala kecil, pengembangan sarana prasarana SDM bidang pengolahan ikan, serta melibatkan lembaga industri perikanan. Kata kunci: tangkap,
